StrategicBusinessRoadmap&Objectives

Building long-term recycling infrastructure and trade networks in Canada.

01.
scrap metal export

Expansion of Scrap Metal Export Operations

We plan to significantly scale up our scrap metal export activities by establishing new supplier relationships across Ontario and other provinces. This will involve procuring ferrous and non-ferrous metals from local industries, municipalities, and demolition contractors, and exporting processed materials to international markets including Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

02.
recycling plant

Establishment of a Recycling Plant in Canada

A key milestone in our growth strategy is the setup of a metal recycling facility within Canada. This plant will process raw scrap metal sorting, shredding, and preparing it for export or domestic resale. The facility will create local employment opportunities and reduce our dependency on third-party processing, improving efficiency and profit margins.

03.
import diversification

Diversification of Import Commodities

In addition to our current import portfolio, we intend to expand into importing industrial machinery, construction materials, and consumer goods from emerging markets. This diversification will allow us to serve a broader client base across Canada and reduce reliance on a single commodity stream.

04.
workforce development

Job Creation & Local Workforce Development

As our operations grow, we are committed to hiring locally trained Canadian workers, as well as investing in training programs for employees in logistics, recycling operations, and international trade compliance. We anticipate creating a minimum of 15 direct jobs within the next 1–2 years.

05.
green practices

Investment in Sustainable & Green Practices

We plan to align our operations with Canada's environmental goals by adopting eco-friendly recycling and processing methods. Our recycling plant will be designed to meet all provincial and federal environmental standards, and we intend to pursue relevant certifications to demonstrate our commitment to sustainable trade.

06.
trade partnerships

Strengthening Trade Partnerships & International Relations

We aim to develop stronger bilateral trade relationships with key international partners in compliance with Canada's trade agreements. Our goal is to register with relevant trade bodies and participate in government-supported export development programs, including those offered by Export Development Canada (EDC).
